Dear owners,

Somebody has taken it upon themselves to put two padlocks onto the community notice board.

This is the property of the community,and for the use of the elected officers and the administrators to provide information,not any one individual,and is also illegal damage to community property.

Please remove them immediately and make good any damage,if not removed soon,I will take steps to have them cut off.
