Estimados propietarios,

Les informamos que a aquellos que tengan la domiciliación bancaria activa se les pasará el cargo correspondiente a la cuota anual de este año (80 €) el próximo miércoles 27 de agosto. Rogamos se aseguren de tener saldo suficiente en la cuenta para evitar gastos de devolución.

Aquellos propietarios que no tengan domiciliación activa y todavía no hayan realizado la transferencia de los 80 €, les rogamos que se pongan al día lo antes posible.

De momento seguimos trabajando con Banco Sabadell, a la espera de finalizar la apertura de la nueva cuenta en CaixaBank. Tan pronto como la nueva cuenta esté operativa, se lo comunicaremos. No obstante, Sabadell seguirá funcionando hasta, al menos, final de año, con el fin de evitar malentendidos con las cuentas.

Adjuntamos el número de cuenta de Sabadell para quienes lo necesiten y no tengan domiciliación activa.

We would like to inform you that for those who have an active direct debit, the annual community fee for this year (80 €) will be charged on Wednesday, August 27th. Please make sure there are sufficient funds in your account to avoid return charges.

Owners who do not have a direct debit in place and have not yet made the transfer of the 80 € are kindly requested to settle the payment as soon as possible.

At present, we continue working with Banco Sabadell, while we finalize the opening of the new account with CaixaBank. As soon as the new account is active, we will inform you. In the meantime, Sabadell will remain in use until at least the end of the year to avoid any misunderstandings with the accounts.

We attach the Sabadell account number for those who may need it and do not have an active direct debit.

wir möchten Sie darüber informieren, dass bei allen Eigentümern mit einem aktiven Lastschriftmandat die Jahresgebühr für dieses Jahr (80 €) am Mittwoch, den 27. August, von ihrem Konto eingezogen wird. Bitte stellen Sie sicher, dass genügend Guthaben vorhanden ist, um Rückbuchungskosten zu vermeiden.

Eigentümer ohne Lastschriftmandat, die die Überweisung von 80 € noch nicht vorgenommen haben, bitten wir, die Zahlung baldmöglichst nachzuholen.

Derzeit arbeiten wir weiterhin mit der Banco Sabadell, während wir die Eröffnung des neuen Kontos bei CaixaBank abschließen. Sobald das neue Konto aktiv ist, werden wir Sie informieren. Bis dahin bleibt Sabadell mindestens bis Ende des Jahres in Betrieb, um Missverständnisse mit den Konten zu vermeiden.

Für diejenigen Eigentümer, die kein aktives Lastschriftmandat haben, fügen wir die Sabadell-Kontonummer bei.

Dear Owners,

A neighbour has reported that a young cat (approximately 1 year old, not neutered) has been frequently entering their home, looking for food and attention. The cat is friendly but appears to be nervous.

They are currently trying to catch the cat in order to take it to the vet to check for a microchip. Local rescue centres will also be contacted, but we would like to ask first if the cat belongs to any of the owners or if anyone recognises it.

If you have any information, please reply to this message as soon as possible.

Estimados propietarios,

Un vecino ha informado que un gato joven (aproximadamente 1 año, no esterilizado) ha estado entrando con frecuencia en su casa en busca de comida y atención. El gato es amistoso, aunque parece estar algo nervioso.

Actualmente están intentando atraparlo para llevarlo al veterinario y comprobar si tiene microchip. También se pondrán en contacto con protectoras de animales, pero antes nos gustaría saber si el gato pertenece a alguno de los propietarios o si alguien lo reconoce.

Si tienen alguna información, por favor respondan a este mensaje lo antes posible.

Sehr geehrte Eigentümer,

Ein Nachbar hat berichtet, dass eine junge Katze (ca. 1 Jahr alt, nicht kastriert) wiederholt in sein Haus kommt, auf der Suche nach Futter und Zuwendung. Die Katze ist freundlich, wirkt jedoch etwas scheu.

Der Nachbar versucht derzeit, die Katze einzufangen, um sie zum Tierarzt zu bringen und prüfen zu lassen, ob sie einen Mikrochip hat. Auch wird Kontakt mit örtlichen Tierschutzorganisationen aufgenommen, jedoch möchten wir zunächst fragen, ob die Katze einem der Eigentümer gehört oder ob jemand sie erkennt.
